Thank you for supporting NursingFoundations. Because we provide digital educational products and professional career services, our refund policy differs depending on the type of purchase.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

All digital product sales are final.

Due to the immediate access and downloadable nature of digital products, including but not limited to study guides, reference guides, badge buddies, templates, educational resources, and other downloadable materials, refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations are not offered after purchase.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, previews, and compatibility information before completing a purchase.

If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchased files, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist with delivery or access.

CAREER SERVICES

Resume writing, resume review, LinkedIn optimization, interview preparation, and related career services require time, labor, and professional expertise that begin shortly after purchase.

Once work has commenced on a service, no refunds will be provided.

If a service has been purchased but work has not yet begun, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of [Business Name].

No refunds will be issued based upon:

  • Failure to obtain interviews;

  • Failure to receive job offers;

  • Salary outcomes;

  • Promotion decisions;

  • Employer hiring decisions;

  • Personal preference regarding writing style after delivery of completed work.

CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

Customers are responsible for providing accurate information necessary to complete purchased services and products.

Failure to provide requested information in a timely manner does not entitle a customer to a refund.

CHARGEBACKS

By completing a purchase, customers acknowledge and agree to this Refund Policy.

Customers agree to contact NursingFoundations regarding any concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Any attempt to obtain a refund through a chargeback after receiving digital products or completed services may be disputed with supporting documentation, including purchase records, download records, communication records, and acceptance of applicable website policies.

EXCEPTIONS

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.
